【摘要】:ThisGuideprovidesstandardswriterswithguidelinesfortheinclusionofsafetyaspectsinstandards.Itisapplicabletoanysafetyaspectrelatedtopeople,propertyortheenvironment,oracombinationofoneormoreofthese(e.g.peopleonly;peopleandproperty;people,propertyandtheenvironment).ThisGuideadoptsanapproachaimedatreducingtheriskarisingfromtheuseofproducts,processesorservices.Thecompletelifecycleofaproduct,processorservice,includingboththeintendeduseandthereasonablyforeseeablemisuse,isconsidered.NOTE1Qualityisnotasynonymforsafetyandconsequentlytherespectiverolesofqualityandofsafetyshouldnotbeconfused.Howeveritmaybenecessarytoconsiderqualityrequirementsinstandardstoensurethatthesafetyrequirementsareconsistentlymet.NOTE2Theterm“standard”usedthroughoutthisGuideincludesInternationalStandards,TechnicalSpecifications,PubliclyAvailableSpecificationsandGuides.NOTE3AlthoughthisGuideisintendedprimarilyforusebystandardswriters,itsunderlyingprinciplesmaybeusedwhereversafetyaspectsarebeingconsidered.NOTE4Standardsmaydealexclusivelywithsafetyaspectsormayincludeclausesspecifictosafety.NOTE5Unlessotherwisestated,theterm“committee(s)”,whenusedinthisGuide,ismeanttocoverbothISOandIECtechnicalcommittees,subcommitteesorworkinggroups.NOTE6Termsdefinedinclause3areprintedinboldtypethroughoutthisGuide.
