【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforidentifyingfirehazardsresultingfrommachineryandperformingacorrespondingriskassessment.Itgivesthebasicconceptsandmethodologyoftechnicalfirepreventionandprotectionmeasurestobetakenduringthemachinery'sdesignandconstruction.Itspurposeistheattainmentoftherequiredsafetylevelaccordingtotheintendeduseofthemachinerybyapplicationoftechnicalmeasuresformachinery-suchmeasuresbeingmainlyintegratedinthemachineryandpreferablyimplementedbytheuseofsafetycomponents.Itdoesnotcovermachinerydesignedtocontaincontrolledcombustionprocesses(e.g.internalcombustionengines,furnaces),unlessthoseprocessescouldconstitutetheignitionsourceofafireinotherpartsofthemachineryoroutsidethemachine.
